MUONG Sothy, Director, was educated in France as a computer engineer; he also holds a degree in commercial law and a diploma from the Paris Graduate School of Management.
He worked first as a consultant, project manager and technical director for major industry groups (Alcatel, Dassault Aviation, Sligos, Dl Group CGI-IBM,)
and then in the banking sector (CIC, Crédit Agricole, Banque Populaire). After coming back to Phnom Penh in 1995, he worked as a consultant for foreign investors.
Jean-Yves NAVEL, marketing executive. A graduate of the Beaux-Arts School in Lyon, France, he took up an international business career in
Africa, Argentina and the Caribbean before settling in Cambodia in 1998.
Patrick DECOBERT, in charge of technical expertise, is an engineer with degrees in quality, project management, finance and economic intelligence.
After a career in France and then abroad with French engineering firms providing services for the French government, he settled in Cambodia for good at the beginning of 2005. |
